I received some info from an anonymous poster that paypal info was NOT in fact released. As for the banking info, I use my debit card for online stuff. Hence, that information would grant access to my bank funds.

According to a thread posted here http://forums.ebay.com/db2/thread.jspa?threadID=1000565444&start=0
ebay has had a major security breach. According to the posts, thousands+ user names, passwords, bank account info, full debit card info, including the 3 digit goodness on the back, and paypal information has been posted on their Save Harbor forum.
At last count, 90 minutes had elapsed [...]
